My order was cancelled, was my credit card charged?
When you place an order on our site, we only put a "HOLD" on your card for the amount of your order. When we accept and process your order then we officially charge your card. If we cancel your order, then the "HOLD" will disappear in 7 days.
If you use a debit card, the same thing happens, we only "HOLD" your funds, and your funds will be released in 7 days if we do not process your order.
Many times customers "think" we charged your card when in fact we have not when we have cancelled an order. In the unlikely event that we do charge your card (when you receive a statement only), then please give us a call and we will issue a refund.
