Order Status FAQ

EPoliceSupply ORDER STATUS FAQ
 
PAYMENT WITH ORDER STATUS

When placing an order by Credit Card, there is a "capture" put on the funds at the time of order completion, which will appear as a pending transaction in your account. We will only process the transaction if your order has been SENT TO MANUFACTURER or SHIPPED.

All other order statuses will continue to hold that capture until cleared. If the order cannot be completed and is eventually cancelled, the transaction will be voided and the capture will be removed from your account within 48 hours.

eCheck Payments are made at the time of placing the order. If an order is cancelled, we will issue a refund via the eCheck system.

Paypal orders are also processed at the time of order completion and we will issue a refund via Paypal for any order that is cancelled.

WHAT EACH
STATUS MEANS

NEW Your order has been received by EPoliceSupply.com and will be reviewed and updated as needed.

WAITING FOR ID One or more of the products you ordered requires Law Enforcement ID Verification. Your order is on hold pending proper identification. At this point we still have not charged your credit card and will only do once we have identification on file. For more information about what products require ID, please visit our ID REQUIREMENTS page.

WAITING FOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE In some cases, we may have questions or require additional information from you before we can complete your order. A member of our customer service staff will contact you via e-mail or telephone to complete the transaction. The order will remain in this stage until we get a reply. If we are unsuccessful, the order will be canceled.

WAITING FOR PAYMENT This status is used for both Purchase Orders and Check/Money Orders. The order is placed on hold until we receive the Purchase Order documents via fax or e-mail or we receive the Check/Money Order in the mail.

SENT TO MANUFACTURER Once a custom order has cleared the above stages it forwarded to the manufacturer for production. In-Stock items are shipped from our offices in 1-2 business days. Production time for custom orders varies by manufacturer, order size, and detail. General guidelines for estimating the length of production time for your order follow below:

Smith & Warren: 30 Days
Hook-Fast Quickship: Business Days 10-15 Days
Perfect Fit Leather: 1-2 Business Days

In all cases, these times may vary. Any order requiring die charges may take at least 1-2 weeks additional production time, and vary large orders can also take longer to produce. You are always welcome to contact us to get an update, but please allow sufficient time to pass based on the above information.

If you have placed an order with products from different vendors, it may be neccesary to send the order in multiple shipments.

Please note: In some cases, we are not notified by our manufacturers when your order is shipped, and this may be the last notice you receive regarding your order prior to its arrival.
